Young Writer (Christine Young) also has a Privacy Policy for users of the Site.

1.  COPYRIGHT

Copyright in the Content on this Site is owned by Young Writer (Christine Young) ABN 25 768 374 961 ("Young Writer") unless otherwise stated and you agree not to violate any intellectual property rights owned by Young Writer (Christine Young).

Young Writer (Christine Young) strongly recommends that users who submit work to the Portfolio Gallery copyright their work accordingly. Users agree to have their work posted on the Site at their own risk and Young Writer (Christine Young) shall not be held reponsible or liable for any copyright violation that may occur from your work being posted on this Site. 2.  SERVICE PROVISION

My web site and services are provided to you on, and through my web site, on an "AS IS" basis. You agree that the owner of this web site exclusively reserves the right and may, at any time, and without notice and any liability to you, change or close down this Site and its services or delete the Data you provide, either temporarily or permanently. In no event will Young Writer (Christine Young) be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance upon any Content contained on, or omitted from, the Site.

If any part of this agreement is held invalid, that part shall be removed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.

The laws governing this agreement will be the laws in Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts and its Appellate Courts and the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Australia sitting in Victoria.

14. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Goods and services of third parties may be advertised and/or made available on or through the Site. Representations made regarding products and services provided by third parties are governed by the policies and representations made by these third parties. Young Writer (Christine Young) shall not be liable for or responsible in any manner for any of your dealings or interaction with third parties.
